Barn
- Clean, bright 12 X 12 stalls.
- Soft shavings and rubber mats over dirt floors.  No concrete.
- Bright wide aisles.
- Heated feedroom and office.

Facilities
- Turnout in small groups every day, all day.
- Grass paddocks in the summer months.
- Safe, electric fencing.
- Heated water troughs in paddocks during winter months.
- NEW! Dirt riding ring, groomed regulariily (90' X 300') and Large grass riding ring large enough to gallop in; both with jumps, barrels, poles, cones etc.
- Dirt exercise ring (50' x 80')
- Grass ring lights for riding after dark!
- Pond on site that horses can swim in.
- Outdoor wash rack.
- 100 acres of hacking on the farm and Guelph lake conservation is a short ride away for hours of scenic riding.
- Heated tack room with individual lockers for full boarded horses.

 Knowledgable, friendly staff.  Barn manager has 20 years experience!
